Fellowship Network Ministries is the brainchild of Bishop Donnie E. Smith and his wife and fellow Pastor Shirley Smith. Brother Donnie and Sister Shirley are two that definitely have a vision for the Lord. They are people who believe that Scripture is the one true source of guidance for God's people and the one only irrevocable history. They are workers in the field for the Lord's kingdom. They believe in doing things "Scripturally" meaning, if it's not in God's Word, forget it.
